Job post guidelines

Read these before you submit. Most declines are for one of the reasons in the right-hand column

What we list

Open roles for engineers who build and run production:

  • Laravel and PHP developers, backend and full-stack
  • Front-end developers working in Laravel apps
  • DevOps and platform roles on PHP teams
  • Developer tooling and open source
  • Engineering managers and leads for these teams

What we turn down

These are the usual reasons we decline a job post:

  • Roles that are filled, or not really open
  • Agency posts that hide who the employer is
  • Unpaid roles, or pay that depends on recruiting others
  • Application links behind a sign-up wall
  • Roles outside Laravel, PHP and web development

The description

Write it in Markdown. Say what the team does, what the person will own, and what you need from them. Salary ranges help a lot.

Review and listing

We review every post before it goes live and may edit it for length and clarity. If something needs changing we reply to your email first.

The fee

Each job post costs $99. You pay by card on Stripe right after you submit, and we review the post once it is paid. The fee pays for the review, so it is not refunded if we decline the post.
